1. Non-delivery

In this case, we recommend checking these folders or contacting us for assistance (e.g., to resend the email or send it to an alternate address).
Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our customer service department at any time during the lifetime of your order. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may treat the order as successfully delivered with no further right of return for a ‘non-receipt’ reason.


2. Major defects

Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occasionally occur. If such an issue arises and we fail to correct it within 48 hours from the time the initial complaint or notification is provided by the customer, a full refund will be issued, or — at the customer’s choice — a replacement product of the same or similar value can be offered.


3. Product not as described

This issue must be reported to our technical support team at any time during the lifetime of your order. Clear written evidence must be provided demonstrating that the purchased product does not match its description on our website.
Complaints based solely on the customer’s incorrect expectations will not be honored.
